Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups Pan Chicken Drippings
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. MIES ORIGINAL BREADING (Or Your MIES BREADING of Choice)
- 1 ½ Cups Chicken Broth
- ⅛ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Instructions
- After browning/cooking meat product, put pan drippings into a sauce pan.
- Heat the pan to medium-low heat.
- Add butter and melt.
- Then spoon in the MIES BREADING.
- Whisk until evenly incorporated with the butter.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add the chicken broth and whisk until smooth.
- If the gravy is thick, add a little more broth.
- Add pepper, to taste.
- Taste and see if any salt is necessary.
